This mail is about review of new product that has been launched by quickbook called as point of sale. We are trying to find that whether we can use it for better accounting and reporting purpose. It has the following capabilities and our use of them :

1. Tracking inventory : Point of sale product update the inventory in the system with every sales and purchase transactions. We being in the construction business carry a lot of inventory. So this feature will be helpful.

2. Client's history : Point of sale shows the every client detailed history like payment history, sale, credit period. This feature will help in client management and also track receivables of the business.

3. Ring sales : Sales can easily be entered in the system through bar code. Hence it saves a lot of time and efforts.

4. Ease of receiving payment. : Point of sale allows customers to make payment through credit cards and debit cards. , which makes it easy to receive payments.

Hence, from above points it is clear that this product is beneficial for Rock Castle Construction. And recommended.
