This question relates to contract law
Tim, who had worked eight years as an electrician’s helper, never passed the state-required electrician’s test. He began accepting electrical jobs after he left his former employment. Frank hired Tim to install wiring in a room addition. Before work began Frank found out Tim did not have an electrical license and canceled the contract. Tim claimed he should be paid because he had turned down other work to take this job. Is this an enforceable contract? Explain why or why not.
