A successful healthcare program depends on developing and implementing a plan that has an effective role in improving the conditions of patients irrespective of the age and economic background. Healthcare system deals with so many aspects in order to improve the quality of the plan. The foremost issue that needs to more focussed is the cost and the communication system.
The cost of diagnosis of any disease is accelerating in an alarming rate and this is a cause of concern for the middle class people to opt for it. Also, in case of older adults this becomes highly difficult. Cost of diagnosis along with the cost of consulting physician, nurse, physiotherapists to name a few is unaffordable for these financially challenged class of people. Healthcare system should have an alternative approach or benefits for these patients in order to improve their planning strategy.
Second most concern is the communication system. Especially in case of older adults, lack of communication, as a result of poor skilled workers in healthcare system may lead to a wide gap in conducting healthcare. Healthcare system providers must have a fluency in their language and must be aware of the local language which improves efficiency and makes the procedure much easier and less time consuming.
Therefore, a better healthcare program can only be achieved if the concerns are taken into consideration and are implemented as early as possible in a fully structured manner.
