Question

After making a change, a team should ask: What did we expect to happen? What did happen? Were there unintended consequences? What was the best thing about this change? The worst? What might we do next? Too often, people avoid reflecting on failure. Remember that teams often learn very important lessons from failed tests of change. Briefly describe the changes recently made with you directly, or you may choose a change/experience you have made in the past. Either or. It must be an experience you encountered. Explanation / Answer

This is a change that I have made with me recently. During an exam preparation time,I found out that my study plan was not working well due to inefficient time management. So,I decided to replan my timetable, with just one change, staying off from social media such as facebook and whatsapp. This saved me a lot of time by keeping myself away from distractions and also helped me to concentrate on studies by spending quality time.Eventhough,I missed my friends and usual relaxation time with their posts,I was able to conduct my revision as I have planned. The best part of this experience was that I enjoyed hundred-percent -involved studies with zero distraction.Furthermore, I did not lose anything by this great change, rather I could do my best in the exam.I hope this habit will be continued in all the future exam preparations.
