Answer 2. Vitamin and minerals

A RDA (recommended daily allowance) is the recommendations of vitamin and mineral intake of a healthy person on daily besis . But we often confused it withe calory intake and focus on the carbohydrate ,fat and protein intakes. On a daily basis we concentrate one these three intakes but forgot that vitamines and minerals are mostly available in green leafy vegetables and dairy produt and hardly consume it.

Answer 3. This question is preety interlinked with the last one. We either take food when we are too hungry or when we have a desire to munch . In both the condition our brain is not able to think about food value of it and it concentrate on the test of the food. It leads to to d maximum intake of carbohydrate and fat (eg. Burger or caramel popcorn ) which lands us to over calory intake than the standards recommended intakes but RDA remains below.
