2. construction of earthquake scismic observatories to monitor earthquake intensity, availabity of transport facilities, alert people from media and other information carriers, to find safty places to look after people.
3. Laser beams can predict the movements of tectonic plates, monitor the radon gas which escapes from the cracks from the earth crust, A Seismometer can detect the earthquake vibrations so we can easily detect the intensity of the earthquakes, Meteorological dept can detect the haricanes, toofans.
4. Public emergency survices should be kept close to people. Those can provide health, fire and other services to people. Announce the people do not come outside while the hazard is running. And govt should plan how to provide daily necessary items to people by transport in hazards?
