I solved for it using excel and got y = 2.6472x - 5253.9, but the "5253.9" part is incorrect. does anybody know why?

Take year 1990 as 0, 1991 as 1 and so on.. I have solved this and below is the answer. Y= 14.0243+2.6472x If that aslo doesn't give the right answer then Try taking Year 1990 as 1 and 1991 as 2 and so on...
