Explanation / Answer

                                                         = (0.78 - 0.75) * 8000

                                                         = 240 pound (Favourable)

                                                           = {(1.5*5000) – 8000} *0.78

                                                           = 390 pound (Unfavourable)

= {(5000*2.5) *20.25} – (13000*19.75)

= 253125 – 256750

= $ 3625 (Unfavourable)
