Having trouble with this discussion post for my accounting, need some help!

Question: Adam Cash is a bookkeeper for a scuba diving shop. He is super excited about his upcoming two week vacation to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. His flight to Australia leaves at 9 PM on Friday. At 5:15 PM on Friday he realizes the diving shop's trial balance is a mess and it does not balance. He decides to place random numbers in the General Ledger system to make it balance and leaves his office in the shop barely in time to catch his flight. He knows he can correct the situation when he returns from his vacation. What are your thoughts about his actions?

Explanation / Answer

The difference in balance shounld be treated as suspense account and credited / debited as the case may be .

he need to carry rectification of errors like erros of omission , commission etc and remove the suspense account

.the trial balance will be automatically tallied
