answer- according to the Diamond who travelled for East Africa .found the following primary reason which cause the conflict in Rwanda-
1- tensions between majority hutus and the tutsis who were as the elite no of society in Rwanda
2- the Belagian colonical rule which rewarded Tutsis with western education and denyied political and economical power to the hutus.
3- the civil war were brokes out when Tutsis was returned to Rwanda in 1990
4- the president Habyariman , Hutu was shot died on 6th April 1994 the Hutus blamed Tutsis for this incident.
The Civil war takes places in United states between 1861-1865 there are main cause that lead to civil war which cause many casulties and war between the states
1- Economic and Social Differences between the northern and southern states - northern states are based on agriculture and southern states starts cottom cultivation.
