Draw the initial stress element, labeled with the calculated stresses from part 1. Draw a Mohr's circle for this stress element and use it to calculate the Maximum Principal, Minimum Principal, and Maximum Shear stress at 'A'. Label these points on your Mohr's circle. (You do not need to calculate the angle phi.)

First we have to find the Polar moment of inertia which is J=pi*R4/2. Then the shear stess to be calculateted as Tmax= (pi/16)*tmax*D3.. As we know the maximum force and the length we can find the Tmax . Thus tmax which is shearing stress can be derived.
