D Ans:) Static power consumption does not depend on Gate Utilization. Because even though they are not in
circuit activity, they will be connected to DC Sources. So, Static power consumption will be there.
Hence, Pstat stati power would be the same even though gate utilization went own.
E Ans: ) Dynamic power consumption happens only when the devices are in Active Mode.
So, when gate utilization decreased, Active devices which are participating decreases.
Hence, P dynamic = Dynamic power consumption will go down if gate utilization goes down.
