1. Yes. All the measured values are within the range of maximum / minimum value of the given resistor. As specified by the resistor manufacturer, they meet the tolerance specification.

2. THe multimeter seems to measure the resistors in the ohms range very accurately while the error seems to increase with value of resistors ie., in Kohms, the error is increasing and in Mohms, it is still higher.

3. Assuming that the multimeter is calibrated, and looking at the table where all the resistor measurements are within the specified limits of the resistor manufacturer, it is ok to use the multimeter as well as this lot of resistors.
