so qenc = 0,

so qinside = 0

b) so qinside + qoutside = 25 nC

so qoutisde = 25 nc

c)

once again qenc = 0

so qinside + q = 0

qinside = - q = 10.0 nC

d) qinside + qoutside = 25 nC

so qoutisde = 15 nC
