Solution

The increasing order of acidity is as follows

(Least acidic ) 0.1M NaOH < 3M NH3 < 0.01M CH3COOH < 0.01M H2SO4< 0.1M HCl (Most acidic)

Here, 0.1M HCl is more acidic that 0.01H2SO4 becasue concentatration of hydrogen ion is higher in HCl solution than sulphuric acid. Thus 0.1M HCl solution is most acidic.

Acetic acid is weak acidic because it can not undergoes complete ionization. while NaOH is strong bas and ammonia is weak bade.
