On a standard breadboard, can a 12V supply, that will be operating at a max current of 6A, be connected to this breadboard and be integrated into a breadboard circuit? I’ve heard most breadboards, unless specifically designed to handle high current, typically should only experience currents of around 100mA.
And if this breadboard can’t handle 6A, are there specific boards, or methods, you would recommend to use?

Explanation / Answer

No! Breadboards cant be used for current ratings of 6A .Because the resistance of tracks of bread board is much higher than the copper wire. So,as current increases , the heat produced by them will melt and leading to shortcircuit. So, it (Breadboard) will burn. Other options are to use PCB (Printed Circiut board).
