Explanation / Answer

A) Cornea is outermost layer of the eye and role is to maintain proper focusing of the eyes. Any infection or trauma in cornea will lead to improper vision or sometimes vision loss whereas conjunctiva is thin, transparent mucus membrane that help in lubrication of eyes also prevent microbial entry into eyes.

B) Wide angle glaucoma is caused by slow blockage of drainage canals which leads to increased eye pressure, whereas the narrow angle glaucoma is caused by sudden blocking of the drainage canals leads to sudden rise in intraocular pressure. Symptoms of wide-angle glaucoma are blurred vision, severe eye and head pain, nausea and vomiting and of narrow-angle glaucoma are similar to wide-angle glaucoma
