2. then go on new and save as

3. go on numbering

4. build empty elements

5. Cntrl+ins : create a new sub element

Ins: create a new element

Delete: delete the selected items

4. Enter element name

start by double clicking the top most item

enter the name of the element

then press return/enter to go to the next element

enter the element name

start by double clicking the top most item

enter the name of the element, then press return/ enter to go to the next element

than go to sub tree

select the item you would like at the top of the subtree and press TAB to return, go to the top item press TAB
