the charge at time = t sec. is given by-

q(t) = Qo*e^(-t/(RC))

here, Qo = 30 uC, R = 1.5k ohm, C = 10 uF and q(t) = 2.0 uC

substitute these values in the above equation:

2 = 30*e^(-t/0.015)

--> 15 = e^(t/0.015)

take ln both sides:

--> 2.708 = t/0.015

--> t = 0.04062 s

or, t = 40.62 ms
