We are currently using an inhouse solution using Access. Due to the growth of the business we need a new solution that will replace our current product and give us more ability to grow. We can continue to use Access and update to 2016 along with Office 365 or we can look for another solution. Our options are to build a new inhouse solution or purchase a CRM package from a vendor. If we chose to purchase a CRM we will also need to decide on whether to purchase the software or find a SaaS package.
