Explanation / Answer

More number of cells present in interphase but not in prophase. Because interphase is longes phase, where cell has to be prepared to cell division.

After telophase, cytoplasm and cell organelles will be divided. Therefore plasma membrane is also splitted and surrounds to two nuclei. Finally, individual cells are produced.

All the chromosomes are arranged at the middle of the cell by spindle fibers, which is called metaplate, so it is called metaphse.
