Penicillin therapy is useless when tetracycline is in the body. This happens becauae tetracycline limit the bacterial growth(i.e. bacteriostatic) while penicillin is effective at growing bacteria.

Antibiotic A &B are equally effective against bacterium because both have equal size of zone of inhition. Greater the size of zone of inhibition higher will be the antibiotic effectivness against particular bacterium.
