A locomotive with a (constant) power capability of 1.7 MW can accelerate a train from a speed of 7.9 m/s to 26 m/s in 8.5 min. (a) Calculate the mass of the train. Find (b) the speed of the train and (c) the force accelerating the train at 4.7 min after it started accelerating from the speed of 7.9 m/s. (d) Find the distance moved by the train during the 8.5 min interval that it took to reach the speed of 26 m/s. Note: This Problem involves constant power, not constant force.I got parts (a)2825991 kg, (b)20.04 m/s, and (c)84830 N, but for (d) I get 8644.5 m which isn't correct. Can someone help, please?

1.7*10^6*8.5*60=.5*m*(26^2-7.9^2) so m=2.82*10^6 kg d)(26^2-7.9^2)=2*a*s a=(26-7.9)/(8.5*60) so s=152.6 m
