hmax = v2/2g + 0.7 = 33.582m

blue ball is in air for 1.9-0.6 = 1.3sec

So S=25.4*1.3-0.5*9.81*1.3^2 = 24.73m

At collision:

The sum of distance traveled by balls = 29-0.7 = 28.3m

Let the collision time be t

(1.1*t+0.5*9.8*t^2) +(25.4*(t-0.6)-0.5*9.8*(t-0.6)^2)=28.3

solving gives t=1.4s
