To study the phylogeny of Brachiosauridae the best outgroup choice would be Titanosauria. Because they are evolved from a common clade and show similarities in their features. Based on their similar humerus,femur and length ratios.

If Sauropoda is last common ancestor of Titanosauria and Riojasaurus the node that is base of this clade would be the node that is connecting both the species. Which is a common node for 30 and 34. It is the 29th node.
