Explanation / Answer
1 . GC content has positive correlation with Gene expression. Mostly house keeping genes will be expressed more and at all the situations. It was observed that genes important for biological processes ( house keeping genes) have high GC content. 3'UTR GC content influences transcription.it is suspected to work with transcription factors which will bind to DNA during transcription
2. Ribosomal entry sites play a major role in translation of mRNA where ribosomes p site will come and attach and starts translating the mRNA.ribosomes will attach and scan the mRNA for iniation codon to start tarnation.so it is very important for expression .
3. Ribosomal entry sites are not relevant because by modifying ribosomal binding sites we cannot modify the protein produced
4. Codon bias is non synonymous/synonymous changes that occur in non coding or coding region.non synonymous changes in stop codon may produce a truncated version of protein or it may increase the protein length
