Explanation / Answer

1.Mineral resorption is the the dissolution of mineralized tissue resulting in the release of minerals to the blood or body like calcium from bone tissue. Osteoclast is the type of cells that accomplishes it.

2.Intramembranous ossification is the process that creates flat bones. It is a result of direct synthesis of bones from a layer of fibrous connective tissue by speacilized mesenchymal cells. ( Stem cells).

3. A keratinocytes has two fates either to form a dividing cells in the basal lamina, these cells are stem cells which maintains and replenishes the basal level of keratinocytes. or

To differentiate and migrate through the layers of skin.

So during the life cycle of keratinocytes, the position of keratinocytes changes i.e migrating by differentiating and getting pushed up through the layers of skin forming highly keratinized squamous layer and becoming squames and ultimately flaking off as dead sking cells from the skin.

during its course, there is a constant change in shape of keratinocytes. i.e from the basal cells which are round shaped to prickle or spinous cell held together by desmosomes.(these cells have a spiky cell membrane projections like thistle plant.) to the granular cells to squames which are extremely flattened cells.so the shape of keratinocytes changes as it passes through its life cycle.
