Q1. The alleles were completely lost in simulation 1 in the second generation. The recessive and rare alleles were more likely to be lost.

Q2 The loss of alleles diversity is more likely when one gene becomes more dominant. It's more like that the dominant genes in the parent always pass from one generation to another. This does not depend on the number of offsprings because if all the offsprings have a recessive gene that carries some diseased traits it is likely that the parents will not be able to produce offsprings in the second generation or if even they produce they will not survive.

Q3. The allele frequency in the second generation is the same in the second generation as in the first generation. The frequency of offsprings decreases as the generations proceeds. The above table shows the 10th frequency to be nil.

Q4. The greatest frequency deviation was seen in simulation 2 and the smallest simulation was seen in simulation 1. Theoretically, we can prove that the frequency of offsprings deviates according to the traits.
