1. SINCE induces emf always opposes the one waht caused it, if magnet is rotates as shown in fig, the only possibility that current must flow in the upward direction. this ios due to the oppsing motion.

it means same type of polarities wud be devolped on the oppsite ends of loop and mangets, and due to repusion it rotates in the given direction.
