a) plan F can be followed to loose weight as it a protein rich diet and seems like a keto diet

b) This paln can be safely folowed for around 3-4 months with intermitant cheat days.

c) while following this plan one should drink lots of liquids as proteins takes time to digest.To keep a check on calories one should check the oil /butter used and to give the digestive system hapiness i recomend an additional cup of boiled vegetables or soups or green leafy vegs.
