a)

emf = 6.5 * 6 = 39 V

I1 = emf/R = 39/2 = 19.5 A

I2 = emf/R = 39/4 = 9.75 A


b)

P1 = R i^2 = 2*19.5*19.5 = 760.5 W

P2 = 4*9.75*9.75 = 380.25 W

P3 = 6*6.5*6.5 = 253.5 W

Ptot = i V = (19.5+9.75+6.5) * 39 = 1394 W


c)

Req = 1/(1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3) = 1/(1/2 + 1/4 + 1/6) = 1.09 ohms


d)

i = (19.5+9.75+6.5) = 35.75 A

P = R i^2 = 1.09*35.75*35.75 = 1394 W
