inertia of the flywheel = m.r^2

angular speed = w = 2pi.N = 2 x pi x 200 = 400pi rad/s


then using enrgy balancew :

1/2.I.w^2 = 1/2.m.v^2

so 1/2 x m x r^2 x w^2 1/2 x m x v^2

so 1/2 x 370 x 0.5^2 x (400pi)^2 = 1/2 x 1500 x V^2

so max velocity = V = 312.05 m/s
