Explanation / Answer

According to the given figure, their is different osmotic concentration which is given and their effect is seen.Osmotic osmolarity is one of the most important physiological condition in which a cell try to maintain it's internal composition at a constant osmolarity .As the given figure, the increase in solute concentration(NACl) in solvent (water) , in the ECF their is increase in the osmotic pressure and this pressure is main contributor in the balancing of osmotic pressure. It maintain a constant osmotic pressure in the ICF.After adding water in ECF,their is migration of salt from the ECF and increase in the osmotic pressure. There is also the swallowing in ECF by absorption of water to maintain a constant osmotic equilibrium. After further addition of salt there is swelling at the ECF and their is reduced osmotic pressure in ICF due to shrinkage of compartment with increase in salt concentration.
