A.. oxygen is not important for photosynthesis because with the help of carbon dioxide and water plants made their food with photosynthesis and generates oxygen. Hence oxygen is byproduct of photosynthesis, it is not required in actual reaction.

B..during the light dependent phase of photo synthesis only electron is required for reaction to happened. This electron is used by chlorophyle and it is generated by break down of water molecules which generate oxygen, H+ and e-, only electron is required, oxygen and H+ is not required.

C.. electron which is generated by water is required for both photosystem II and photosystem I. electron (in the presence of light energy) transfer from photo system II to photosystem I through electron transfer chain and converts NADP+ to NAPDH. Hence electron is required for photosynthesis.

Stroma- F..G3P is made into RuBP

Lumen- B..high concentration of H+ is generated due to the light dependent reaction. With the help of light water molecules converted into H+ and e- where e- get involve in electron transport chain.
