Customer service sklls with the ability to handle difficult customers in a positive manner Proficlently use MS Ofice including Outlook & Excel, Mincron and a Scanner . Operate a forklift with a vaid forklit operators certitication Understand and folow verbal andfor written instructions Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing Adapt to changing situations and to pertorm multiple tasks simuitaneously . Safely unload received product Safely load and ship product to various customer vehicles which may include commercial and non commert varying size - Stack, store and move product as required within the warehouse in such a way that maintains opfmum safe access to inventory as required - Pull and stage product for customers with the abity to " Keep the warehouse organized, well stocked and free from any safety or security hazards - Multi-lask and handle multpple order requests simultaneously

Explanation / Answer

1. As I have already worked as a trainer, training is the key skill for me. I have got good training skills to train your employees in the warehouse. Also I can handle the materials, load and unload the trucks with good responsibility.

I can also deal and have a good relationship with the customers. As I have got good english speaking knowldege, I can communicate both verbally also in writing.

2. I have already got enough knowldege about the assembly lines, so I easily assemble the parts and equipments as per the design. I am a hard worker as it will not be difficult for you to train me in assembly and manufacturing unit.

3. I have got good experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of the machines. I have also worked as various machine operator for 3 years and served as maintenance incharge for 5 years. So I can easily handle various types of machine and perform various types of maintenance your industry.
