A cantenna is a very simple design of antenna that uses a Pringles can and a few gneric connectors to provide the user with a vastly improved Wi-Fi connection. The aluminum inside the base of the pringles canmakes it a great choice for reflecting the radio frequencies transmitted and received from the Wi-Fi. This reflection makes the antenna directionalized , meaning that the antenna can be pointed where you want it to go. This directionalization provides Wi-Fi connection with extra range and data rates of Wi-Fi, so the next time you are trying to watch a YouTube video in the garage on how to fix that broken lawn mower, you wont have to go inside to watch it. You can just watch from the garage with your cantenna.
