Explanation / Answer

Gram positive cell would be red in color as the iodine which form complex with primary stain is not added . In absence of iodine the primary added will be decolorized by alchol and thus the gram positiv cell will take secondary stain color and appear red.

Whereas gram negative cell will also appear red as there is no such complex formation already in gram negative they all will appear red . Thus the result will be false negative for gram positive bacteria.
