Explanation / Answer
DNA replication is always semiconservative , that one of the two strands go to the daughter cell DNA and other strand is replicated with it as a template.
So if radioactive guanine nucleotides are added, the new daughter strand would be radioactive. But one of the strand would be radioactive in each if we consider two DNA molecules.
Similarly for the adenine nucleotides , the two newly synthesized strands be radioactive , with one strand of a molecule being radioactive
