Feather color is an autosomal trait.In the generation P the male owl had brown feather color that was a dominant form - BB and the female had white feather color that was a recessive one - bb.So in F1 all male and female progenies had brown feather color as it was dominant and they all had the heterozygous form - Bb.

Eye color is a sex linked trait specifically a X chromosome linked trait.The male owl of generation P had blue eyes of recessive form - gg and the female had green eyes of dominant form - GG.In the F1 genertaion female progenies inherited green and blue spotted eyes ; it is an example of codominance where presence of both alleles are observed.But in case of male progenies only green eyes were observed because male has one X chromosome so only one dominant (G) allele the males inherited from their mother and chromosome Y from their father(Y chromosome does not carry that trait).
