R4 and R5 are in parallel.
equivalent resistance=R4*R5/(R4+R5)
=1.155 ohms
net resistance in the circuit=R1+R2+R3+1.155
=8.085 ohms
current in the circuit=(E2-E1)/total resistance
=0.7347 A, in anticlockwise direction
writing voltage drop equation from the node marked V1 till ground node:
V1+E2-current*1.155=0
==>V1=-E2+0.7347*1.155=-10.351 volts
writing voltage drop equation between node marked with V1 and node marked with V2:
V2-R3*current=V1
==>V2=V1+2.31*0.7347
=-8.6543 volts
hence the answers are:
part a:
V1=-10.351 volts
part b:
V2=-8.6543 volts
