1- AC circuits never have a constant current as per the definition of Alternating current. Where as DC circuits have constant current but it is not true for all times. For instance, if an inductor or capacitor is there in the circuit , the direction is constant but the value takes soem time to become constant. Hence the answer will be neither AC or DC.

2) DC has same direction in a circuit. ( AC changes its direction depending upon the frequency of the applied Voltage)
