F = i*LxB
F = i*L*B*sin theta
Using given values:
i = 11 Amp
B = 0.500 T
Since the wire is perpendicular to B, So theta = 90 deg
sin 90 deg = 1
L = length of wire in magnetic field = 2*r = 2*2.70*10^-2 = 0.054 m
Now
F = 11*0.054*0.500*1
F = 0.297 N
