Explanation / Answer

7.AluI, BamHI, BglII, EcoRI, HindIII, PstI, XbaI produces sticky ends.

Explaination: Endonuclease are enzymes that produces internal cuts, called cleavage, in DNA molecule. It cleaves DNA only within or near those sites, which have specific base sequences of 4-8 nucleotides and cleave such endonuclease are known as restriction endonuclease & site recognised by them are called recognition sequences or recognition sites. The cut DNA fragments by restriction endonuclease may have mostly sticky ends or blunt ends.

There are 4 types of restriction nuclease i.e. type I, type II, type II, Type IIs. Each restriction sequence has two fold rotational symmetry i.e. the same nucleotide sequence occurs on both strands of DNA which run in opposite direction which refered to as palindromes. The single-stranded sticky DNA end can easily pair with any other DNA fragment having complementary sitcky ends.
