The effect of different type of milk on Pudding's line spread and lumpometer
From this table, discuss what conclusions you can draw. This should be similar to a discussion section in a scientific paper where scientists discuss their results and what they mean (or don’t mean). As much as possible, relate your results to the chemistry that is known about the thickeners, milk or eggs used in your experiment. Also, discuss possible sources of error in your class experiment and how these errors might be minimized in the future by changes in the experiment’s design.

Line spread test is used to measure modified flow consistency of beverages. Thinner beverages like water, juice, etc will flow easily that will show line spread value of 4 or 5. Milk is generally not a thickened liquid which shows line spread value of 60 mm in case of whole and cream milk and 25 in case of 1/2 milk (depends on type and thickness of milk). This difference in line spread value is because of difference in viscosities of milk.
