Use absorbance values and dilution factors obtained in table 5. In this table it is written as 1, 1/2 and 1/4. The same has been shown in table 4 as 1, 0.5, 0.25 for BSA.
The graph should be plotted for absorbance vs concentration of BSA. After plotting the standard curve, use the absorbance and dilution factors (1, 0.5, 0.25) which you obtained in table 5 for plotting the UNK in the graph. After this draw a slope and this will give the actual concentration of the UNK protein.
