A is not the correct answer because as you can see in the scale of the "y" axis, the white square growth rate is 0.25, not zero.
D is also incorrect because there is a clear difference between the white and the black square, they don´t have the same value for the growth rate so there is an effect with the antibiotics even though is a resistant strain.

0.25 growth rate of the strain exposed to antibiotics
0.6 growth rate of the strain without antibiotics.
