Explanation / Answer

Our reproductive system is very well developed

In case of diffrencediin gente formation process, male and female have diffrences. I m giving some points :-

male gametes ie sperms production start at the age of puberty and keep on producing whole life ,but female gamete are produced during the when female child in the womb and all the eggs produced and stay in prophase 1 stage. After birth at the stage of puberty when egg gets exposed to sex hormones they proceed from prophase on to metaphase 2 stage of meiosis, here the egg stuck until the it is exposed to sperm and then it complete meiosis ,fertilization occures and zygote formation takes place . In case ,if egg doesn't exposed to sperm it remain sticked at metaphase 2 and released unfertilized

each sperm mother cell(2n) in testis produce for sperms (n) but each egg producing cell(2n) in overy will produce one egg(n) and 2 to 3 polar bodies (n or 2n).

male produce sperms during whole life but female starts produc ing egg during 3rd trimetster in womb and produces all the eggs before birth and limited number of egg (3-4million eggs)
