e-lab Calculations In separate labeled eppendorf tubes, prepare 200 ul of a 1:20 dilution of crude homogenate, a 200 ul of a 1:20 dilution of the AMS pellet desalted, and 200 ul of a 1:5 dilution of the NADH pool (dilute all in Tris-PMSF buffer). Describe how you will make these dilutions in your prelab protocol. Note: if in the previous lab your A490 value for the NADH pool (1:5) was less than 0.30, you should also use a less diluted sample in addition to the 1:5 dilution. Consult your instructor.
