Ans: it increase by the factor of 10.6

8. 17 = c x^2 / y^4

x' = x/6 and y' = y/3

z' = c (x/6)^2 / (y/3)^4

z' = 2.25( c x^2 / y^4) = 2.25 (17)

z' = 38.25
