b) x’(t)=2.4, y’(t)=-2.4t. v={x’(t), y’(t)}=(2.4, -2.4t).

c) |v|=|(2.4, -2.4t)|={2.4²+(-2.4t)²}=

From b) tan(t)=-t=-2.0 at t=2.0
